Couldn't put the book down. Well written and honest, no axes to grind, just the sad truth from the "Fleetwood Mac" inner circle..

As a huge fan of Fleetwood Mac I really looked forward to reading an account by someone who knew the band and witnessed how they became mega rockstars and Ms. Harris's book did that well.

Approaching this book from the perspective of a huge FM fan in the 70s/80s, while there were a lot of "insider" tidbits given in regards to what it might have been like to live in their world, there are enough flaws in the work where it doesn't merit more than 3 stars. The writing suffers from excessive self promotion, there are just too many instances of "Look at how pretty I am" and it got tiresome.
